Dashcam: Geo Tracker in High Speed Pursuit with Indiana Trooper

On November 4, 2021 in Corydon, Indiana, a State Trooper with the Indiana State Police attempted to perform a traffic stop on a Geo Tracker on state road 62 when the driver fled south on state road 135 at a high rate of speed.

The trooper noted that items were being thrown out the window at the very start, and stayed with the fleeing vehicle for over ten minutes until it was unable to go any further and the occupants fled on foot.

After a short foot pursuit where one trooper broke a finger, the driver was arrested and charged with multiple drug and vehicle offenses in addition to the resisting law enforcement charge. He plead guilty in a plea deal in March 2023 and is serving six years in a correctional facility.

We thank the Indiana State Police for their work, and their persistence in the pursuit.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
