November 1, 2023 | Roseville, Minnesota A stolen Lexus was spotted by local Roseville, MN officers before the driver took off and Sheriff’s Deputies took primary in the pursuit. After multiple close calls and near misses, a deputy was able to get the suspect vehicle stopped after two PIT attempts.
After the vehicle was disabled, the driver climbed over his female passenger and took off running with two others, while the female surrendered. All individuals were apprehended within minutes and are now working their way through the criminal justice system.
The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office continues to impress and inspire. Our hats off to them for their professionalism and persistence in reducing car thefts through traditional police work and pursuits. Every department can learn something from Sheriff Bob and the CAT team.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
